Specialty Tire Store Return Policy

You may return, at your expense, new, non used, non mounted, specialty tires for a refund of the price of the tires minus a 15% - 25% restocking fee, no refund on shipping charges.  Solid tires and some specialty tire and wheel assemblies are not returnable - be sure you are ordering the correct size.  You must pay all shipping costs.  We refund no shipping costs unless the item is defective.

All problems with an order must be reported within 72 hrs of receipt of the item.

If we cannot complete a PO when ordered you will be notified and if you still want to order we will ship the remainder of the PO when the product arrives.

Call us for a return authorization number and for the correct address to send a return.  Our mailing address for our sales office is listed - we do not have any tires at that location - and - we will not accept any returns returned to that address.  Returns must be returned to our warehouse - not our sales office - it is against our zoning to accept any tires at our sales office location.

Prices on tires, steel & wheels are rising sharply due to inflation - or - the war - our pricing is not current - please call for current prices - unless you can buy an item on line.  If you can buy an item on line then that is current pricing for an online order.
